Bless the Lord...O my soul...and forget not all his benefits.
Psalm 103:2
We are celebrating B.C. Day in our province this weekend...and so I am reminded again of all the 'benefits' that our mine to enjoy in this beautiful province. I will be spending the provincial holiday in our province's capital ...Victoria...which happens to be the most British city in North America. What a privilege it is to live in British Columbia...there is no place like it!
Emblems of B.C.
- Bird ~ Stellar Jay
- Flower ~ Dogwood
- Flag ~ the sun, the waves and a reminder of our colonial past.
I can't think of a more perfect day to go to Victoria. Have a wonderful sunday.

ReplyDeleteI just caught up with your blog, Judy - I'd missed quite a few with all that was happening here. I enjoyed all that you'd written in the days I'd missed. Thank you for sharing about your mom, your honeymoon (happy Anniversary!) and the way you are trying to keep cool. Have a wonderful holiday. I'm looking forward to one of those cool treats with you when you get home.

ReplyDeleteThat was certainly some reunion, musthave taken forever to say goodbye!
Some heatwave too. The cooling drinks looked good though.
Send some heat over here (but not too much) as we are having relentless rain and cool.
Your header shrub is gorgious, makes mine look puny.
