There are two people on my mind in a special way today...
Our grandson Ryder is undergoing eye surgery in Vancouver this morning. He has the most beautiful blue eyes...but they don't always line up properly and they don't allow him to see what is out there for him to see. So I hope and pray that the surgery is successful.
Martha (my sister-in-law) spent all of last week in Vancouver, having tests and awaiting results. On Friday they were able to travel back home to Kelowna ( a very long trip, since the Coquihalla Pass was closed due to slides)...but popped by for a short visit as they travelled through the valley. There are more tests to do this week, and decisions to make as to the course of treatment for an inoperable tumour located deep within the brain. She will be returning to Vancouver today...flying with West Jet this time. So please keep her and her family in your thoughts and prayers this week.
The 'sun will be setting' on our seaside getaway tomorrow. Have a wonderful day!
Ryder, our precious nephew we are praying your surgery will be 100% sucessful. You have a wonderful family and world to see.
ReplyDeleteI am sure you have captured many wonderful photo's again Judy. Looking forward to seeing them. Ps.46:1,10. Martha
We will continue to pray both for Ryder and Martha.
ReplyDeleteThank-you so much for keeping us posted.
Keep enjoying your sisters. It's more and more valuable as we get older to enjoy each.
Prayers for Ryder's eye surgery and prayers for Martha. The Great Physician is in charge. It's going to be exciting to step back and see what He will do.
ReplyDeleteSounds like fun times, fun times! Keep it up! We'll want to know if you gals exercised restraint or if you just went hog wild shopping. Sometimes shopping with an eager sister can be dangerous.
Judy and Martha. . and of course sweet little Ryder. .
ReplyDeletethinking of you and praying that God's hand will be felt and healing will take place.
