"NO...because it's just air, right Grammy?
A rainbow is coloured air...and so we can't touch it."
I couldn't argue with that. So true!
In the morning...I ran the recycling to the road...and he came out on the porch in his jammies to wait for me.
Don't you think he belongs right there?
I need a little fall colour.
It felt very much like fall here this weekend...rather grey and damp!
Happy Monday...
Happy Monday...
Hello Judy - I enjoyed your picture of your grandson and then decided to click on one of the link boxes below. You took me back to Oliver where we lived for 9 years. It was a wonderful place to live and you've given me some ideas for blogging now. I was just wondering about what I'll be blogging about this winter. first things first though. Hopefully harvest will happen this fall but first the rain has to stop. Enjoy the fall colors!
ReplyDeleteLOL! He certainly does fit in with the decor. What a little charmer!
ReplyDeleteOh, what a wonderful pic of your grandangel! The colors are perfect for fall.
ReplyDeleteAww what a cute photo of Ryder..love his jammies:)
ReplyDeleteThs is such a sweet photo ...grandchildren always look just right wherever they are dont they? I love the jammies too!
ReplyDeleteHe's so cute! Yes it is fall around here for sure. Love your rainbow shot!
ReplyDeleteWhat a little charmer Ryder is! His photo gave me the biggest smile I've had all morning!
ReplyDeleteAnd how often would we have liked to touch a rainbow, especially when we were young!
ReplyDeleteLove the fall colors, yes, he would do well as an addition for the fall theme.
=), :), =) ~ Just a few of the smiles going on over here after reading this sweet post. I have always thought your little Ryder is a charmer. This photo and the rainbow conversation just reinforce that thought.
ReplyDeleteYour new header is beautiful. Love the gorgeous dahlias.
If Ryder gets any cuter, you are going to have to hide him from the Hallmark people. I would buy a sculpture of him as a yard elf or Christmas tree ornament any day!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful touch to your Front Porch...but at the same time...I was looking for you in a special outfit which would of complemented the landscape...
ReplyDeleteI'd take a "pumpkin" like that on my porch any time of the year. How blessed you are to have your g-kids so close.
ReplyDeleteNeat way to describe a rainbow....smart boy!
ReplyDeleteLove the Tigger on the porch. Seems like he's blonder than ever.
ReplyDeleteYour banner picture is exceptionally beautiful!!! Your post is one that brings me a smile after a long and busy day. The little one must add so much joy to your days. "Out of the mouths of babes" come some interesting facts. And, yes he adds the perfect touch of Fall to your front porch.
ReplyDeleteI think we'll all be sad when Ryder grows up. I just love his take on life.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous header too.
I LOVE my two grand girlies, but I must admit every time I see your grandson, I think I really want a little grand baby boy too someday. He is such a daring little guy.
ReplyDeleteYour dahlias are stunning. Mine seemed to sulk all summer and are just now looking a little perky.
