no fear in the new year

Don’t be afraid, I’ve redeemed you.
I’ve called your name.
You’re mine.
Isaiah 43:1
(The Message)

How will I fare in the storms of the new year?

Though part of me is a wee bit afraid of going forward...I know I have nothing to fear...because I know Who holds my future.

  1. Yup, it's a challenge to take it one day at a time without borrowing trouble from tomorrow. Your positive Sunday messages are always a blessing, Judy!

  2. What a beautiful and peaceful picture! The Lord is so faithful and we are so blessed to walk with Him! Have a great day!

  3. Was it Franklin Roosevelt who said "the only thing we have to fear is fear itself"?

And, with our Lord, we need not fear.

    Thank you for sharing, Judy.

  4. What a beautiful scene.
I like the words of the hymn
"Be not afraid, I go before you always. Come follow me, and I will give you rest."

  5. I hear you Judy. . .I was just sitting here thinking about what the new year will hold. .and sometimes I feel like holding my breath. . .Oh let me live by faith and trust like a child.

  6. The dear Lord is with us all! Peace and blessings to everyone this New Year!

  7. What a fantastic note "No fear in the New Year"

  8. Judy, I echo that sentiment... it's the unknown that caused fear in me, but knowing the One who knows and loves us is what gices us courage.
