no fear in the new year

Don’t be afraid, I’ve redeemed you.
I’ve called your name.
You’re mine.
Isaiah 43:1
(The Message)

How will I fare in the storms of the new year?

Though part of me is a wee bit afraid of going forward...I know I have nothing to fear...because I know Who holds my future.

  3. Was it Franklin Roosevelt who said "the only thing we have to fear is fear itself"?

And, with our Lord, we need not fear.

    Thank you for sharing, Judy.

  4. What a beautiful scene.
I like the words of the hymn
"Be not afraid, I go before you always. Come follow me, and I will give you rest."

  8. Judy, I echo that sentiment... it's the unknown that caused fear in me, but knowing the One who knows and loves us is what gices us courage.
