meet Nola....

As promised...
I am introducing you properly to my teeny new great-niece.

Meet Nola...
and her mommy, Lauren.

We showered her with cuddles and gifts over the weekend.
Could she be more perfect?

I think not.

She weighed in at 6lbs 7oz...
and carries the name Nola Claire.

Very sweet!

Oh...and there will be no action on 'My Front Porch' tomorrow...
as I am out of town with a whole busload of farmer's wives.
It will be some field trip!
I'll tell you all about it on Thursday.

  1. What a beautiful name for a very sweet baby girl.
Have a great time, Judy! I'll bet you'll have lots to share when you get back from your jaunt.

  2. She is a darling little girl with a sweet name. (I love the trend of returning to the "old-fashioned" names. Perhaps it would be better to say names that we recognize. Anyway, it's make the former new all over again and I really, really like that.)

    Have fun tomorrow!

  15. What a beautiful mother and baby! I am sure she was so blessed by the party you shared with both of them. Now we have another name in common in that we have an Annie Claire and you have a Nola Claire.

Can't wait to hear what you are up to next. So thankful that we can be in with the fun.
