jack and jill...

They were the guests of honour at a wedding shower I attended last night.

Jack happens to be my  nephew, Eric...and Jill is Tara Lynn in real life.

I took this photo at the beginning of a game...
where they were asked questions about each other and required to put a large marshmallow in their mouth for every wrong answer.
Let's just say they managed to squeeze a lot of marshmallows into their mouths!
Oh well...they have a lifetime to get to know each other.

In a few weeks time they will become man and wife.
I wish them a wonderful wedding celebration.
But more importantly...
I pray that God will bless their marriage!

Love puts the fun in together, the sad in apart, and the joy in a heart.

  1. What a great-looking couple! God bless them on their upcoming wedding and may they have a lifetime of happiness.

The marshmallow game sounds like a lot of fun. I'm sure that it could be incorporated into one for many different events.

  2. She looks as pretty as Duchess Kate...
Yes, don't we pray that they can all experience a life time of marriage.
They look so young and beautiful.

  3. Like Marg, my first thought was Duchess of Kent too. If they look this handsome at a shower I must prepare myself for how gorgeous they will be on their wedding day.
(and it was so kind of you not to include a marshmellow stuffed face photo to lessen their visual charm)

  4. Adding my wishes for that sparkle I see to remain a constant thread in their marriage.
