Three of my sisters have been vacationing at the same resort.
Bev flew home to Texas today...
the other two leave tomorrow.

We have some friends here as well...
...and enjoyed strawberry shortcake on their patio last night.
I have plenty of reading material...
sunscreen...
and a fridge that is well-stocked.
It's all good in this corner of the USA...
though we are very much aware of the devastation that is happening on the east coast.
Our hearts go out to all those who have been impacted by Sandy.

ReplyDeleteSunshine - that is just the thing! We've had rain here for two weeks, with a bit of a clear break on Sunday. No more danger of forest fire, and the ponds are full - soon to overflow down to the creek. I love this time of year, but nonetheless, I'd enjoy a jolt of sunshine. Make the most of the pool/reading/sunning time!
