My Rock

The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer:
my God is my rock in whom I take refuge,
He is my shield, and the horn of my salvation,
my stronghold. Psalms 18:2

He alone is my rock and my salvation;
He is my fortress, I will never be shaken. Psalms 62:6

When the storms of life come my way, I am reminded that I have a Fortress where I can rest.

  2. Don't you love that line from the old hymn..."He hideth my soul in the cleft of the rock that shadows a dry, thirsty land"? That's what your post reminds me of. Hope you had a great weekend!

  4. I have been to Montezuma! Awesome. I recognized it immediately. I was a newly recommitted Christian and I just sat inside one of those dwellings and just got quiet. I would have stayed longer except I was traveling as an adult with my parents and they were definitely calling the shots. The scripture works great with this photo!
