taken by surprise...
Had I known I was going to be hosting crowds of people on My Front Porch...I would have been more prepared!
I don't normally post on Saturday...but thought I should just thank all those who are coming by for a first-time visit...thanks to the folks over at Blogger. I received a tip the other night...that my blog was featured on the Blogger home page as "Blog of Note" for the day. I had no idea what a blog of note might be...or why mine might possibly have made the list...and so I did a little research. The Blogger Team selects one 'interesting and blogworthy' blog to feature every day...and what the criteria for that process may include, I have no idea. But I am most humbled...over here in my little corner of the world...to find my blog on their list!

ReplyDeleteMy first time here too. A very peaceful looking place to be here on your porch. One of my best friends and I have an imaginary porch we spend time on every day. We share stories, laughter, and good times in our big, floral, over stuffed chairs while the dogs waite on us. Quite lovely!

American porches- that's an architectural culture that we so need to embrace in my little Northern land! Even a roof to keep off the rain- why don't we do that? Cheerio- enjoy your porch!
