They're gorgeous!! I don't have any but I'm going to look into planting some for next year.
How beautiful!...I am envious...mine had a blight this year so had only a few poor blooms.
Dahlias are really wonderful. Your collage is beautiful.
The dahlias speak beautifully from your photos. Ours didn't do so well this year, and some say it is due to the long, cold start to summer. The ducks couldn't keep ahead of the slugs, so some plants had a hard time recovering. Still, there is a pretty show!
I love Dahlias..they are such a showy flower.
I've learned to love dahlias. They are so colourful and bloom long into the fall.Yours are gorgeous!
Aren't they amazing? From baby fingernail sized to dinner platter sized and so tempting to add just one more each year!
Beautiful! I've seen some dahlias that are as wide as dinner plates this summer. Your flowers must make wonderful bouquets!
And they are speaking so beautifully... I raised dahlias one year and have no idea why I stopped because they were amazing. Perhaps I'll get back to it. Oh. I remember. Labor intensive. Had to dig them up and save them and baby them too much. Oh drat! Like the glads...
Only the second year and look at that mosaic. One would think if one did not know, that you had been growing these beauties for at least 30 years. Where(if ever) does you talent end?
The dahlias spoke beautifully on your behalf! Fantastic colors!
OH they are lovely. . .thank you for sharing your bright beautiful buds with us.
They are gorgeous Judy, Harv loves them and I planted some last year and we really enjoyed them However, I didn't dig them up and so there were no dahlias this year.
love the dahlias!! do you say 'dollie-ahs' or 'day-lias' around your parts?
