Everyone needs compassion,
Love that's never failing,
Let mercy fall on me.
Everyone needs forgiveness,
The kindness of a Savior,
The hope of nations.
Savior...He can move the mountain,
My God is mighty to save,
He is mighty to save.
Forever...Author of salvation,
He rose and conquered the grave,
Jesus conquered the grave.
So take me as you find me,
All my fears and failures,
Fill my life again.
I give my life to follow
Everything that I believe in
Now I surrender.
Shine your light and let the whole world see,
We're singing for the glory of the risen King.
My Savior, He can move the mountain,
My God is mighty to save,
He is mighty to save.
Forever, Author of salvation,
He rose and conquered the grave,
Jesus conquered the grave
I've been singing it all week...and I'm hoping we sing it in church this morning.
I must listen...my eyes misted over just reading the words...hope of nations...so much anxiety with the upcoming election...
ReplyDeleteJudy, this is one of my favorite songs as well. The words are so powerful. . I think we sang it last night. .it's so hard for me to pin down one favorite worship song, since I love so many.
ReplyDeleteI want to be a living example of this song.
