the waiting game...

Could it be today...tomorrow...or maybe Sunday? We are all awaiting a baby...and although we know they don't always come as scheduled, we can be pretty sure it will be here within two weeks.

Heidi (my daughter) is ready...sort of! She still has to work this week...and has figured out it would be easier to have maternity leave if she did not own a business.

But here's a few birthdates baby might be interested in sharing...today would be great-grandpa's birthday...tomorrow would be grandpa's birthday...Sunday would be the other great-grandpa's birthday...and Auntie Kathy's birthday as well. Then again, baby may just choose to have a birthday all to him/herself and wait until the due date next week!

So your guess is as good as mine...but we do know that Tim, Heidi & Ellie will soon have company as they walk in the park!

  5. It's so wierd that we're in waiting mode all of a sudden. Every time I go grocery shopping or clean the bathroom I wonder "is this the last time I do this before baby?"

Nice post. It'd be fun for baby to share a birthday. It's just the family way. (despite that it'd actually be more convenient if baby came next week...)

  9. Heidi you look GORGEOUS!! You and I share our birthday and I certainly treasure that. How well I remember the phone call when your dad called, saying their baby girl was born, Heidi would be her name -- and we would forever share our special day.

Blessings to you and Tim as you enter this very wonderful and exciting time in your life.

Judy, You will be super grammy all over again with a fresh new sprint in your step. Hugs to you all.
