How fun to watch him and his four and five-year-old friends do the drill! And when it was all over...Ryder was sporting a new belt and we all went to DQ for a treat. I'm sure his skills will come in handy on the farm...since those calves get frisky at times. I don't think the white suit will get much use around the farmyard though!
Have a terrific Tuesday...
What a cutie!......but one with some new skills that will come in handy, as you say, with calves - although I am having a hard time picturing the scenario :)
ReplyDeleteRyder is so adorable that I can't even imagine his doing a karate chop! Ha! Do you really want him practicing on the calves? ;> As long as it's not on his sisters I guess that'd be preferable.
ReplyDeleteAh sweet success. Celebrating the milestones in our grands lives is just so fun. ..and we don't even have to do the work of driving to lessons to take part in the post work parties.
ReplyDeleteMaybe he will try his hand at calf roping?
So sweet. It's good to have skills...
ReplyDeleteMaybe they should join the local calf 4-H club - you need to wear all white when showing your calf at the fair:)
ReplyDeleteI had to smile at th photo with the certificates .. with the older kids... he looks so tiny! He is so cute!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to Ryder! He looks in tip top shape and learning a good skill too!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to him!!
ReplyDeleteA fully grown black belted Ryder: now there's a picture to savor. He is so adorable, and it is just too cool to imagine him also being good at Karate too!
ReplyDeleteThat would be so fun to watch! Congratulations to your karate boy!
